Sobre aquest allotjament

Sorpesee/Amecke in Sauerland vacation home by the lake

  • detached house situated on a 1,400 sqm plot, featuring a carport and an outdoor seating area with an outdoor fireplace, located in a very quiet setting.
The house is situated directly adjacent to the forest, on a cul-de-sac with minimal car traffic, ensuring that nothing stands in the way of your relaxation—whether on the balcony or in the additional outdoor seating area located behind the house.
Lake Sorpe is within walking distance and is visible from the house!
Offering lake views, the house features a 105 sqm interior living space comprising a balcony, a very spacious living room with an indoor fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, an additional guest restroom, and a bedroom furnished with a double box-spring bed and an adjoining spacious bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower.
The property is situated on a (somewhat steep) hillside overlooking Lake Sorpe and is therefore not suitable for guests with mobility impairments.

Located in a separate, 35 sqm annex unit—which is not directly connected to the main living area—you will find a second bedroom with a private shower and toilet, as well as an additional small kitchenette. (Please note: This unit is available for booking at an additional cost for a 3rd and/or 4th guest!)
Please be aware that the second bedroom in the annex is accessible only via an external staircase (i.e., not directly from the main living area); for this reason, we do not consider this property suitable for guests with very young children or those with mobility impairments.
(Please note the additional fee applicable for renting the separate annex unit!)
    Your Major Advantage:
Many amenities are included in the rental price!
    Final cleaning is included!
Bed linen and towels for every guest are included!
Beds are freshly made upon your arrival—included!
A fully featured, well-equipped kitchen is included! Eye-level oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer combination, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, coffee maker; many starter supplies included (spices, coffee, coffee filters, mineral water), plus dishes, cookware, cutlery, and much more.
A wide selection of books is available in a small library—included!
    Electric outdoor grill included!
High chair, travel cot (125 x 65 cm), and baby monitor with video surveillance are available!

Außerordentlich freundlicher Vermieter, schönes Ferienhaus, mit allem was man benötigt, in absolut ruhiger Umgebung.
