"Hotel is run down a needs to be updated. Was advised at check in , was on second floor with no elevator. My grown son had to forcefully advise I’m disabled an cant do stairs. They reluctantly moved me, but put me beside breakfast room, which was very loud."

"One of the main reasons I reserved a room here is because of the pool. When the pool is closed it should be noted before you make a reservation. The grandkids were not happy, also the bathroom needs work."

"The room wasn’t very clean. Floor especially—toenail clippings and crumbs. Shower had hairs on walls. Bed was clean and comfortable. Parking lot is in bad need of repair. Seemed to be in a decently safe location but lighting was dim inside and outside and didn’t promote a sense of safety."

"The staff was quite friendly, but the breakfast was pretty lame--even by hotel standards. The reason I'm knocking off stars is because they had no shuttle bus available from the airport. Apparently you have to book this 24 hours in advance. I would never have chosen this hotel, except for the shuttle from the airport. I ended up booking a $47 Uber and was quite displeased."

"Place needs a major upgrade/ cleaning. Room had a serious urine smell issue-no doubt the result of the “”pet friendly “” policy. Overall, the place is worn-out. Actually quite expensive for what you get."

"This is the second time I have stayed here and both times were great experiences. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a good breakfast. It fit the bill. It is right near lots of shopping, so there are a lot of food options."

"Property was clean, in a good spot with access to stuff. Pool and gym looked good. Restaurant had great food. I liked that I could tip the room attendant from my phone with a QR code. Only problem I had was the lavatory sink had no hot water and the bathroom had a weird smell. Beyond that I would stay there again no problem."

"I am asking for a Refund. We did not even stay in the property because of how disgusting and horrific it was. There was an awful smell in our room. The room looked like a prison cell the bed was against the wall with chipped paint all over. There was dirty and garbage on the bathroom floor."

Negative is that we specifically rented this room because we had a flight out early the next morning and needed the airport shuttle that is advertised. When I checked in, the rep at the counter wasn't friendly at all and almost greeted us with a sigh like "what do you want".
