  • Relax and enjoy the comfortable atmosphere of this lake front home with your friends or family. Featuring an open floor plan: a large kitchen, family room with a fireplace, a 400 SF sunroom -- all with fantastic views of Lake Marion, stunning sunsets and sunrises. This property is perfect for relaxation and fun.

    The large fenced one acre lot is set up for play: fishing from the dock, croquet, cornhole, horseshoes, swimming from the dock (this area has a sandy bottom) -- or relax enjoy the lake breezes from the spacious deck as you prepare a meal on the Weber grill. Inside the fun continues with a ping pong table in the sunroom, and several large screen TVs, an ample DVD collection, board games and books. The property can accommodate trucks, a boat and trailer or bring your kayaks for more water play. The boat landing, Polly's landing is a short drive (4.5 miles) from the property.

    Enjoy your barbecue at the large dining table in the sunroom, the expansive bar that seats eight in the kitchen, or sit outside on the deck or dock. Amenities inside the home include: linens provided, washer & dryer, microwave, air fryer, all major appliances and a fully stocked kitchen (including a Keurig coffee maker that handles by the pot or pods).
    Bedrooms have great shades, allowing you to sleep in without being bothered by daylight.

    This quiet oasis invites fun and relaxation.

Our stay was lovely with the house being removed far enough from the lake to spend most of the time on the lawn. The porch, fire pit, and hammock are all so welcoming and relaxing.

The booking experience was simple... and once booked, the communication with the host was kind, courteous, and professional.The property is incredibly accommodating. This place was amazing. It was my husband and his friend that stayed for a fishing tournament. Plenty of boat parking, very helpful owners, super clean and spacious. It was their favorite place that they have ever stayed.
