They moved us to another room get off elevator and floors look like a frat party gone wild and get to room walk in turn on lights and roaches or bed bugs start moving on bed walls and everywhere. "After getting turned away from a few hotels we ended up here. Very good AC, was decently clean and the front desk made sure we felt secure."

"It wasn’t horrible but it definitely wasn’t like the picture. It was run down and the door to our hotel room didn’t even lock. We used things to block the door. The knobs in the rr were falling off. The shower was spraying super hard and tile wasn’t even properly installed from the floor to the tub. The shower lining of the tub to the ceiling where it connects, had mold. "The property is very dated with very few cosmetic updates. The bed was very uncomfortable. The air conditioner malfunctioned, however the staff promptly came and made the necessary repair. The bathroom was not clean. The shower and shower head were filthy and the housekeeper failed to clean my room and replace the towels. When I asked for new towels, the front desk attendant proceeded to give me clean towels with the dirtiest hands I’ve seen. Imagine your car mechanic giving you clean towels! I...

"Clean hotel, the pillows could be more comfortable ans beds bigger. We had hair in thr bathroom but I dont think k it was intentional. Would stay again."

"Property was clean, limited parking but we managed, air kept cutting off but we realized it was bc we had a cup of ice near the sensor, beds were comfy, felt super safe in the area. Breakfast was great and staff was so friendly! Pool was nice but really cold! Loved the soap, shampoo, conditioner provided and the office desk was a bonus for work! Would definitely stay again!"
