"Great location!"

"We had to leave 1 day early do to illness. We bought trip insurance through Expedia. Worthless. Don’t ever buy that. Hotel said they had to charge us."

"Everything was clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. It is just that the location was in a tight corner to access off Sunset, coming in and out. And the street noise was loud."

"The room was clean and the staff were helpful and accommodating."

"Luskin is great for anyone coming a long distance to UCLA for an out-patient procedure. Although check-out time is 11 AN, your car may stay in the garage until 5 PM. The food options within walking distance are limited, though -- pricey at the in-hotel restaurant versus student food. There should be rooms with small fridges and microwaves."

"Excellent free breakfast"

"They overcharged the room"

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel from the second we checked in and when we left. The lobby some how always smells soo good and has the nicest staff to greet you. We were able to pay the deposit+parking once we got there so we didn't have to worry about parking cost every day. We didn't check out the restaurant while we were there but the smells from that smelt just as good. The room service was quick to come up and help us upon request as we had a minor error with our TV but it was fixed in...

"The staff were warm, friendly and attentive!"

"Very clean and staff friendly"

"On check in, there was a sign about extra fees, so I asked the person helping me if I was being charged for it. He assured me that I had already prepayed them through Expedia. But I was charged these fees and no one could tell me why, since I had prepayed. I was supposed to be charged only $12.00. Then suddenly I had to pay a parking fee. The manager refused to help out and told me to file a complaint and dispute. Also, the breakfast was not good. No flavor. Everything was dry."

"Great view of the ocean"
