"The room had broken refrigerator that could not be replaced due to full capacity causing us to loose all of the food we had in the refrigerator.. our remote stopped working had no remote for first night. The pool was green and appeared to have fungus and was told it was not there problem be cause there product was not delivered on time and I called prior to booking to confirm working clean pool and staff stated yes but upon arrival not correct info. "Room was very clean, the breakfast was great everyday of our 6 day stay. The staff was amazing and have to give a shout out to Darnell. We didn't utilize the laundry room or the wi-fi but it was there. The pool was okay but for some reason the jacuzzi s were not working on either pool. We will stay here again just the fact of the location and the staff being so awesome and clean place. The parking lot was well lit and felt safe in the area."

"This property was so beautiful! It definitely had features of a historic vibe but also updated to feel modern. The rooms were clean and the property itself was well kept up! We had a gulf view, however our view was blocked from the big trees where our room was. Not a big deal considering the tree added such character to the whole place and we weren’t in our room much! "The room was very clean, ample parking plus you have your own parking spot for whatever room you are in. The casino was right across the street. I had a problem and call the number since this was contactless hotel, and they picked up right away and corrected the problem right away. Will use this hotel again."
