Oasis - Ocean view with pool and hot tub

Oksana's Oasis is a spacious ocean front property with spectacular views and a large swimming pool with 10 foot overflow spa. This rental provides 2 double and 2 single kayaks. There is a long pier that goes out over the shallow water and a floating dock that can accommodate up to a 24' boat.

Your property manager lives nearby and is available if you have any requests during your stay

Amazing 4 bedroom/3 bath Ocean Front Home on Cudjoe Key with; heated pool, dock, large screened in porch and great ocean views. Sleeps 10+
There are beds for 8 people. There are additional sleeper sofas in several bedrooms. Please contact host for more than 10 guests.

Master suite with king bed overlooking the ocean and pool, open air private porch. This spacious bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower.
King Bedroom: has private bath and direct access to shared screened in porch, large sitting area with sleeper sofa.

Living Room: 55" TV, 2 fold out couches.
Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances; wine cooler, blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave oven and refridgerator. Full supply of; dishes, bowls, silverware, stemware, drinking glasses, pots, pans and utensils.
Linens: All sheets, towels and beach towels provided. Iron and ironing board.
Supplies: Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish sponge, some large trash bags, bar soap and liquid hand soap in bathrooms, propane for grill, one full roll of paper towels, one extra full roll of toilet paper per bath. We do not supply laundry soap.
Outdoor Features: Propane grill, lounge chairs, There are a couple kayaks for your use. You may rent additional kayaks locally.
Boat Dockage: 18’ floating dock for boats up to 24’
Parking: Contract is for 2 cars and 1 boat trailer. Please let us know if you need additional parking.

Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation in writing 90 days or more before your arrival, you will receive a full refund, less a cancellation fee of $25.00 and Administrative fee. If you cancel less than 90 days before arrival, your payment and any prepaid rent will be refunded only if we are able to procure another rental for that same period. If no rental is procured, you will lose your payment and any prepaid rent, not to exceed the amount of your rental. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, there will be no refund. If the Florida Keys are closed for weather related or other emergencies for your arrival date, you will be given the opportunity to re-schedule your reservation or receive a refund.


Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver: Instead of charging a security deposit, Host charges a non-refundable $74 damage waiver fee that covers up to $3000 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions.

Uber, Lyft and Taxis area available as well as Public Bus transportation. It is recommended that you have a car

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

This home is priced based on the number of guests. The base rate is for up to 6 guests. Additional guests fee is $25 per night per person.


Our Cancellation policy is:
Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation in writing 90 days or more before your arrival, you will receive a full refund, less a cancellation fee of $25.00 and Administrative fee. If you cancel less than 90 days before arrival, your payment and any prepaid rent will be refunded only if we are able to procure another rental for that same period. If no rental is procured, you will lose your payment and any prepaid rent, not to exceed the amount of your rental. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, there will be no refund. If The Florida Keys are closed to visitors because of the COVID-19 pandemic for your arrival date, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule your reservation or receive a refund.

I can’t really review this property because we didn’t end up staying here. We were an hour away when we got the call that there was an issue with this property and were placed in a different vacation home.

Perfect Oasis...

We've been vacationing in the keys every year for the last 6 years and decided to try a new location... This was by far the best location and experience we've ever had... The property manager was very kind and the process could not have been easier. The location was perfect - peaceful, private, and plenty of amenities. The property was clean and well equipped, and the views were spectacular. We will be back...

Annual Family Lobster Vacation

To have my family under one roof for one week is amazing! The house was spacious, the outdoor decks, pool, kayaks, dock, and large kitchen/living room/dining space was perfect!

Place was nice

We really enjoyed our stay, home was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were a plus to the property but they were a little too hot (mostly the hot tub), but its florida in the summer so that was expected. The pool could use some fixing, as some of the tiles are falling off. (This did not affect the use of the pool in any way) The rooms had plenty of space and the barhrooms were clean and large too! ( i didnt sleep in all of the beds, but my bed was a little uncomfortable, (smaller room close to the master bed room). The kayaks had broken seats and were unusable- however after i cantacted the owner, new seats were brought within a few hours. Other things that needed to be taken care of were taken care of right away. Over all everything was good and we would stay there again

Family Vacation

Overall the the say was wonderful!! There were some minor issues with the property. Some of the switches in the house did not work. The master covered porch was missing a screen. The bottom of the pool needed to be cleaned and the kayaks and life vest were old. The inside and outside of the house beautiful, the kitchen was amazing and the living room was the perfect sis for our family. I would recommend this property.

Awesome vacation despite the weather!

This was our second time at this property! The pool was great when we could use it. Unfortunately we were in there the week it rained more than usual BUT the screened in porch was perfect through all of the rain. We only had to really go inside during one storm with strong winds. We had one small issue with a toilet but Amy was great and had someone there to fix it quickly. This house is super spacious and it seemed the wify had been upgraded, no connectivity issues even in the storms. Great place to relax and gather with friends and family.

Perfect

This property was perfect for all our needs. Floaties for the pool would of been awesome but we left the ones we bought so the next renters will have use of them. Your beds were wonderful. The first VRBO that had comfortable beds, no neck or back aches to go home with, thank you!

A perfect getaway

This house was perfect for our group. Lots of space, large kitchen, spacious rooms and bathrooms. The private pool was wonderful to have. The screened in porch was a perfect place to hang out in the evenings. The view was spectacular. We were not disappointed.

One bath shower water did not get hot, Road noise was there but not big problem for us, Wifi is slow and sometimes isn't working, pool and hot tub were great, lots of stairs, close enough to Key West, and far enough to avoid lots of spring breakers.

Nice outside, rundown inside

Outside hot tub is nice, pool could use resurfacing or at least painting. Beach has lots of sea grass but can be used to push out a kayak. Inside the house is dated with a strange large industrial fluorescent light in center of the great room but it is needed since it is a darker room. We had a water leak in the master bedroom and a porch door that would not remain closed (slammed open & closed through the night). My parents thought the master mattress was worn out. Overall, good outside and ok inside.

Deficient Accommodations

This is an annual trip for me and my friends to Key West. We stayed at this house last year and it was great. Hence, the reason we came back. While we had a great time visiting and spending time together, we were disappointed with the accommodations this trip. The management company knows in advance the number of guests staying at the house and yet the accommodations were deficient. For instance, there were six guests with only two lounge chairs. The pool and hot tub were not able to be utilized at night because the lights were not working, at the pool area, the flood lights were not working and the water temperatures in the hot tub and pool were in the cool to luke warm range. The stove top and pots and pans were covered in grease and had to be cleaned prior to us utilizing them. I just feel the property management company fell short on ensuring everything was operational and clean prior to us arriving to the house. Thank you.

The Oasis was a Mirage

In my opinion this house is extremely worn both on the inside and outside. The current pictures does not reflect the current state of house. Overall the house needs to be power washed and painted. Examples of problems; the outside driveway lights doesn’t work; the air condition vents are dirty with black dirt; the ice maker does not work; the living room furniture are stained (needed to place sheets on them); dining room furniture is very uncomfortable with no cushions on the seats; the cookware is old and stained. Needed to buy my own cookware; The main floor screen deck is barely holding the screens in; The upstairs deck is missing the screens; The showers glass doors leak so shower curtains were install; In the kitchen when the microwave was replaced a smaller one then the original so it does fit in the built in area correctly.; The fireplaces do not work; The guest bedroom closet on the top floor smells of cigarette smoke; Street noise was higher then I expected 24/7. I should have realized that given that house sits on the main road; Had to work with the property manager to have the kayaks repaired. On the positive side the ocean views are wonderful. Sunsets were amazing. The pool and the spa worked well and heated (even though the pool surface needs to be redone). The outside furniture by the pool and upper deck is fairly new and comfortable. The beach area is great place to launch your kayaks but not really good for swimming given the amount seaweed. The dock was nice place to sit watch the sunsets. Enjoyed the convenience of being close Key West for evening activity and golf.

It is a beautiful location and very private...plenty of room and amazing outdoor space!

The home is private and offers a beautiful view, lots of great outdoor pace, and very comfortable beds. Some of the furniture is a little dated and worn, but the main living area is lovely. There is a lot of room to spread out. We were a multigenerational family and had lots of space. One thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of steps. A full flight to main living area and a full flight to the pool/beach. There are also 2 small steps inside to go from the living area to the bedrooms on the first floor. No big deal, but it is something to be aware of if you have an older folks with you. The owner was very responsive and helpful the entire week. We would definitely recommend this lovely home and would stay here again.

A Great Beach House

We enjoyed staying at Oasis. The house is spacious, has wonderful views, and lots of outdoor space to gather. The heated pool was very popular with our family. The property is close to the highway so there a a bit of traffic noise but it was not noticeable on the beachside. There are great restaurants nearby and it’s a short, easy 30 minute drive to Key West. We highly recommend it!

Great vacation!

The house was absolutely amazing. Perfect for our family and plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen and pool area. Kayaks were a blast and the views were gorgeous. Very private and relaxing. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!
