"Our room was disgusting- brown (poop) stains on the bathroom wall, dust an cobwebs all over, after coming back from the pool I wiped some water off our room floor and the towel turned black! The shower head only had 3 holes that allowed water out! Absolutely gross and dirty"

"It was ok. I bleached my room dowm immediately as I do at all stays away from home. It was events going on & other options were sold out. It was overpriced at thos location as well. It could use some updates with decor everywhere. The outer blankets needed to be washed ( both were dirty) . It needs a scent system for the smell. Again the entire place needs newer updates in decor. Also the use of BLEACH in laundry & cleaning bathrooms. It just didnt appear or fell the cleanest. Please was the...

"The room was absolutely filthy. Dust on everything. Brown cobwebs on the ceiling. BLACK mold all over the refrigerator. ALL of the linens were stained. Muddy dog footprints on the sheets. Shoe prints on the towels. The mirror was all smeared. Hair in the bathtub. Seriously the worst hotel experience we have ever had. "
