  • Your central Florida adventure begins with this 1-bedroom 36' Vintage RV on 3 acres. Your space features a screened patio, complete with a patio table/chairs and ceiling fans. Inside the RV, there's a separate bedroom with a queen bed and a large mirrored closet. In the living area, you'll find a comfy recliner for 2 with tv, including premium aps and wifi. The full kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, stove and oven. A full bathroom includes a shower for your convenience. We include ice cold central AC and central heat in the winter.

    The 3 acre property is located at the very end of a quiet dirt road. The RV shares the property with only 1 house, providing a wonderful spot where you’re only hearing the birds singing and rustling majestic oaks. The best of both worlds: country peace and a wide variety of restaurants and entertainment within 15-30 minutes drive.

    The Villages is 20 minutes to the south, World Equestrian Center is 35 minutes to the north, The Gulf is an hour to the west, and Daytona Beach is 1-1/2 hours to the east. DisneyWorld and Universal Studios are 1-1/2 hours to the south.

    A great place to call home base while you're visiting. We hope you enjoy your stay.

The place was exactly what we anticipated.. Tucked away on a Peaceful property, Cozy, & Perfect for the plans we had!The Hosts were exceptional! They went above & beyond accommodating our every need!Was also in a 20min or less radius of places to go. Definitely worth it & would stay again in the future!

Ginny and Eric were wonderful host. The RV is well stocked and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return stay.

The RV was extremely clean and larger than expected. It was very spacious and had everything we needed such as dishes, towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotions, and available TV’s in both living room and bedroom. It also had bed clothes and even a little surprise left for us from our host. There was the villages nearby within a 15 minute drive, local restaurants, and beautiful scenic sights. It was very pet friendly and had a wonderful screened in porch. There were also things to do on the property, such as horseshoes and cornhole . Overall, just the perfect stay.

Quiet but close to things

Nice quiet place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Yet not too far from anything you would want to see in the area. The hosts are great and concerned about details. They know the area well should you have any questions. This would definately be a place I would stay in again.

This was a great way to get away from the city and not break the bank at the same time. I like to ride my bike, and the area was great for that and was also really close to a local park. The RV was perfect for me and was very clean and well maintained. I'll be coming back if I can.

Very nice place to stay especially if you have pets. Really enjoyed the vintage camper. Brought back good memories of when I was a younger man. For what I needed it was the perfect location. Wonderful hosts. PS. Hope you enjoyed the pie and ice cream lol

The hosts were very welcoming. It was our 2nd stay. Their honesty seems to be their best quality. Some mechanical issues came up with the property. They were very quick at resolving the issues and always considered us the most important part of the deal. It is a definite pleasure to deal with people that are real. We would highly recomend them to anyone considering this property. If you rent from them you will not be disappointed.
