"객실도 넓고 깨끗할 뿐 아니라, 매니저들이 모두 친절하고, 제반 서비스가 너무나 좋았습니다. 아침 커피와 함께 제공된 블루베리 머핀 너무나 많있었어요. 물도 공짜로 늘 제공해줘서 너무나 좋았고, 특히 저녁에 로비에 제공해준 사과도 너무나 맛있었어요. 아름다운 코넬 캠퍼스를 여유롭고 편하게 감상할수 있었어요. 다음에 꼭 다시 재방문하고 싶어요."

"We stayed for a week and our room was never cleaned or restocked. The smoke detector needed new batteries and beeped for hours, the front desk at 5 am was going to "look for batteries" and never showed up We finally had to ask for more toilet paper. The breakfast"

"The room was clean and staff were friendly. We didn’t stay long enough to be able to use the outdoor pool,, but it looked well maintained. Breakfast was nice before we headed out. It was great that checkout time was noon, we didn’t feel rushed."
