"this has the worst breakfast i have had in a long time, no fruit, was frozen foods heated, plain yogurth and nothing to add to it, it was clean and in a good location, room was to small. we were a family of 4, everything in the bedroom was for 3 people, should not advertise a room that can fit four peaople and allow a reservation when you only put 3 single beds,we had the worst rest, no closet space at all, so i would not stay here again or recomend it, the other hotels that we stay in Japan in...

"Overall decent price and value. However, the laundry machines were horrible… it took an hour and a half to dry our clothes. Additionally, there is limited common space in the mornings if you don’t have breakfast there and the staff can be quite militant about conserving that."

"Staff was very helpful regarding recommendations (food). Grabbing cabs and general help. They have a nightly turn down service if you would like and the room I had was very spacious. Gym had all the essentials and my room was always stocked with free water. About my only gripe was the pillows. A little too firm for my liking. Otherwise, beautiful bar, great room service. Walking distance to lots of great shops and restaurants. "

"The room was clean, the bed and bedding were super comfortable, the climate control was very quick and the location was perfect. The only issue I had was that all 4 coin laundry machines were all being used by the same person, which wasn’t the hotels fault, and wasn’t a real problem as there are many very nice laundromats within walking distance. Overall a great stay and incredible value!"

"My friends and I enjoyed the spacious area and the four single beds. Staff was friendly and helpful. They provide slippers and robes in the room. It was very close to Metro Osaka. There was a pharmacy, 7-11, McDonald's, other small restaurants around. It was only one stop away from Shinsaibashi, and it was located about halfway between Umeda and Dontonburi. The area itself was more quiet so that helped us to enjoy our evenings. There is a fridge and microwave and hotplate. We did not see any...
