"Overall, it is a good hotel on all fronts except for two items. The chrome cast did not work on my TV. When i asked the reception, they told me that some rooms have had this problems for many months. Not a good answer. In addition, the channel selection is useless. No movie channels nor any real sports channels. "

"I had a 12 hours layover at Vienna airport and enjoyed 8 hours of sleep. Shower was perfect and the only confusion was elevators."

"Room was clean & comfortable, the open plan nature meant there was a lack of privacy when showering and drying. I was sharing a twin room with a friend, not family. The breakfast was good. Same every day, but enough choice. There was a scram for the pastries as these disappeared quickly and were not replaced. Staff were polite and helpful. The underground was 10 paces from the main door out onto the street, we used this to go to various tourist sites. Overall really pleasant, easy to get around...

"Blutbefleckte Bettdecken, Zimmer wurde selbst nach Hjnweis nicht ordentlich vom Müll der Vorbewohner gereinigt. Personal teilweise sehr distanziert. Frühstück preisgerecht aber die Kapazität der Plätze reichen nicht aus"

"Nice location and staff, however very poor housekeeping, dust, shower wasn’t working properly, the toilet seat cracked and the reading light in kids room lose. On top of that surprise visit in our bedroom, someone managed to open our bedroom hotel while we were getting ready to go out!!!!"

"The staff are friendly. Clean room and have a billard room and game room where you can you 24/7. The place is near on public transport connect to the city and near to the airports. Room is air conditioned which is very nice on summer.Highly recommended "
