"The property manager Heather was awesome !Saturday evening the heating cooling unit seem to be having some issues and she came out and even offered to move to a different cabin but it came back and it was working and it worked great the rest of the weekend"

"This property was perfect for our family, 8 adults plus one toddler. It was clean, perfect amount of space for our needs, and charming. Loved the setting, private, but so close to Holiday World. We loved our stay at Potter Cottage!"

"The property is just as pictured, very comfortable and very clean. My boys loved it! Rob was a great host! The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. It’s a great location, making it easy to get everywhere in town. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended if you’re traveling to Evansville!"

"We stayed at this cabin for a full week and had an amazing time. It was tucked away and on a beautiful piece of property. We drove to town (15-30 min depending on where we went) for some good restaurants and sightseeing. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Mr. Doug was a great host and we had everything we needed. "We took a road trip to Santa Claus Indiana. We rented this cabin. We loved the cabin and the place. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. The host was very friendly and helpful. "

"Beautiful home that was clean and updated. Comfortable beds and seating areas. There were a few ants on the kitchen counter but nothing major. Great laundry, outdoor space, plenty of closet space and hangers in each room. Lots of dishes, silverware and cups for a group even though there was only 2 of us."

"This was perfect for us. We wanted to stay close to Holiday World and Splashing Safari. We enjoyed the secluded area. The house large enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen was well equipped for the few meals we made there. Overall a nice stay, and would definitely rebook."

"The house is just a couple minute drive to Holiday World. It is well stocked with everything you need. It is spacious and clean. Great communication with the host! Perfect spot for us when visiting Holiday World!"

"2nd year in a row that we have stayed at this property for a dance competition. Family loves the uniqueness of the property and the location is wonderful. Has all the amenities you need. The only con I had was window a/c in the 3rd bedroom sounded like it was dying a horrible death. Thankfully it was cool enough I didn't need to use it."
