"My husband and I had a wonderful stay during the July 4th week. We stayed in a one bedroom on the second floor. The one bedroom’s have a living room / kitchen area separated from the bedroom. The kitchen area includes a large dining table, an apartment size refrigerator/freezer, a toaster, a coffee maker, and all the kitchen plates, bowls, utensils. "Our party of 6 truly enjoyed our stay here. The pictures of this place don't do it justice. Our favorite amenities on the property were the outdoor shower experience, the fire pit in the backyard for our s'mores night and the comfortable decor that was intentionally placed in each room of the home. The only downside was the staircase in the home is pretty steep, narrow and the steps are short in length. "We loved our stay at Literary Oasis! The apartment location was amazing for first time visitors to Nantucket or those wanting an in-town location. We had an easy walk to all the shopping, restaurants, and pier spots. The actual home was amazing. As an avid reader, I loved the book theme of the unit. "Joel was great to deal with , very responsive. 3 roomy bedrooms and living area. I traveled with three teenage children and it was great that we were right downtown so they could wander around on their own and easily make it back! It can be noisy, but it certainly didn’t bother us especially with the air conditioning units running we really didn’t hear much, but you are very much in the middle of the action. I’ll come back "
