"The house was clean and everything was well organized and check in was easy! The pictures were inaccurate incenuating that the beach was in the back of the property and it wasn’t! The closest beach is 3 miles away! We enjoyed the stay! Also, there needs to be instructions on how to turn cable on tv! TV had no connection! Other than that our stay was VERY pleasant and nice! House was clean and check in and out was very easy!!"

"We rented this house with our 94 yo father to visit with the grandkids and great grandkids over the holidays. The location was good for the families scattered around Jacksonville and St Augustine. The inside space was great and backyard with heated pool fabulous. All had a great time. We look forward to returning next year. "

"Overall good stay. It is an older house but clean and newer furniture. Decent price.Good,quiet neighborhood, close to food and more importantly, Mayo Clinic for daily appointments. It would be helpful to have some type of towel hangers in the bathroom or maybe a small table. Would stay again if needed."

"Perfect location for our visit for UNF graduation. So very comfortable and clean with 2 masters, large living and dining and kitchen. Appreciated the amenities like beach chairs and coolers for a quick trip to the beach. Beautiful neighborhood for a long walk. Very much enjoyed a visit to the Church of Eleven 22, a contemporary Christian church nearby. Will definitely return and recommend to friends. "
