"Place was clean and as advertised. One or two people fits comfortably. I really only slept there after spending the days traveling or with my father at River Gardens which was easy walking distance. Great sports/hookah bar, Pizza Joint, sushi spot and taco shoppe nearby. "

I recommend this property 100%. It is in the middle of Jacksonville, so there are many places near when we stayed. The cleaners also did an amazing job, everything was set up beautifully, and there was more than enough supplies given. Thank you for the beautiful experience."

We really liked the location and the walkability to Publix and downtown San Marco. The owner is very responsive and instantly addressed our 2 questions throughout our stay.
