"Broken digital key left me locked out late at night. Once inside, bathroom light burnt out and sink clogged. Someone also wiped the entire place down with a dirty rag. Every surface had a grimy film. This place was torture."

Note that the en-suite doesn’t offer a convenient desk space for computer use, but I was able to improvise (it wasn’t list to have, but might be good to know for the business traveler).
