"We enjoyed our stay so much. It was just before the in season. It was quiet and relaxing. We stayed in Unit 104. Evidently, an older gentleman owes it and the management is working with him to update. The unit is very spacious. Perfect for our two couple trip. Nice pool area. The grounds were very well kept and even on the first floor we could see a small view of the ocean. Condo was equiped with starter supplies. Beds had new beachy comforters. "Our room 211 was clean inside but there was cigarette butts in a bowl on the private porch, a beer can and a bucket of some kind of dead fish. We enjoyed the pool and the fishing pier. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back 😊"

"Amazing place to stay. There is plenty of room and you can quite literally cross the street for immediate beach access. Plenty of bathrooms and rooms. Great space for larger groups. The host did an amazing job in prepping for our stay and everything was clean and comfortable. I will definitely be renting again for any future trips."

"Enjoyed this property! The location is perfect for our family, who have difficulty walking. The balcony is covered and we were able to spend time just looking out at the beach. Doors to the balcony and patio were difficult to open and close. I would definitely stay here again!!"

Home was well kept and the location right across from Rock Port Beach was so convenient 👌 This property would be perfect for an extended family traveling to the beach. "We had a party of eight (four moms, four teen daughters) visit this home for four days and it was perfect. The kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked. The patios were AMAZING. Beautiful chairs and multiple sitting areas were a hit for our group. They even had a TV, grill and fridge in the ground level to make going to and from the beach such an easy experience.
