"Calling to see if I could get checked in sooner was annoying because couldnt talk to live person and AI attendant said no. Fortunately, walking in and talking to real human had better results. They were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything worked fine. The only thing is nobody every clean the room while I was staying. "The hotel is very close to the airport, the shuttle service is great. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, the hotel provides shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The beds are comfortable. Linens are very good and new.

"There were NON-HANDICAPPED vehicles parked in the handicap parking spots. One person said they were just visiting a guest. Another said they park there all the time. Three of the vehicles had NO handicap plates or Placards. Very difficult for us to move to the door. We were too exhausted to make a seen. We will not stay here again. There are many other places to pick from nearby."

"The hotel mostly filled its role as a low cost option for us when we were seeing a show at The Domain. The room was nice enough and I slept well in the bed. They missed the mark by a mile with breakfast but I’m going to assume that trainwreck was somehow situation-specific and give 4 stars. I don’t believe I’d stay again though."
