"Great hospitality though the email they sent as a forum to fill up is totally useless as when I reached I still did not get a checkin early where they had asked for the time clearly. They had also asked for the preference of the pillow where I asked for cervical which was also not fulfilled. "

"Lovely modern hotel close to the airport. Wonderful bedroom. Spacious...and quiet! Something other hotel rooms in Mumbai didn't quite provide. Nothing to see in the surrounding area. It is just a very nice, clean hotel convenient for the airport."

"A great stay with just a few hiccups. Sharing a room with my mom made the glass-walled washroom awkward, and the lack of hooks was annoying. Breakfast could use better signage—we only found out you could order eggs and dosas by spotting them at another table. That aside, everything else was top-notch. "Fantastic service! All were very courteous, knowledgeable and impeccably dressed. Room service was lightning fast! There was a good assortment of food and it was delicious and fresh.
