"This has to be removed from Expedia’s website. Everything listed about this place should be questioned. We booked for 10 nights and dealt with nothing but extreme noise almost daily and then was checked out after 8 days and had to check back in again to try to get back into the building for our last 2 nights. We were locked out for a hour at 9 PM after being given new codes that didn’t work. 3 nights of false fire alarms going off about 11 pm with fire trucks showing up to turn them off. The...

"Great location and unique building. Food was delicious."

"Alles gut"

"Do not stay here if you want to sleep. My floor was full of 13 year old children. No adult supervision. They ran up and down the hallway late into the night yelling and screaming. The walls are not sound proof which normally wouldn’t be an issue. But with the kids using the hallway as playground, it was terrible."

"The location was excellent and the ability to do laundry in the unit was key for the long stay. Loved this place and did not want to leave."

"We have stayed in this hotel 3 times and have been totally happy with everything. It has the best location in the very center of Helsinki, easy walking distance from the railroad station (which has an easy connection to the airport), stores, restaurants and sights. The international staff is extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers very good food and is open late. The lobby offers comfortable seating areas and a friendly bar. The rooftop bar has a great view over the city...

"Beautiful room, very spacious and very pristine."

"The location is close to a lot of restaurants. Not far from the Helsinki Central Station. If you’re out exploring and just need a place to sleep, this is it. Budget friendly."

The spa in particular was so calm and a great place to relax. It’s been recently renovated and has great facilities. On one afternoon visit I had the whole place to myself. Our bedroom was large and well presented. The turn down service was a nice touch. Another new feature was the breakfast room, which looks fantastic. I think this...

"Aa a single night stay: good location, in tram line. While an early check in could not be accommodated (Saturday evening), luggage storage was complimentary. Was unable to visit the sauna - so can’t comment"

"The hotel was clean, and the room was okay overall. However, finding our room wasn’t easy, and there was no one available to guide us or help us find our way."
