"We stayed for a long weekend and we’re excited to see that it was so secluded and and had the up north cabin vibe. Everything was clean and had all the amenities we needed and more. The questions we asked the host were answered in a timely manor. The screened in porch got used the most and was nice getaway from the bugs. Nothing we didn’t like about it. "

Friendly but well-separated neighbors on one side, undeveloped forest on the other. Access is by a paved but lightly trafficked road. A dock, clear water and sandy beach reward those who brave the 45 sturdy stairs. You can rest on spacious platforms or pick up a life jacket in the shed. The large yard is...

"This cabin is the ideal setting for a relaxing weekend at the lake!! The cabin was large enough to accommodate our 10 person group with room to spare. Beautiful views of Sand Lake greet you around every corner. It’s cozy and very clean. Already recommending this place to friends and family "

"Small quaint cabin if you're looking for a quiet weekend in the woods. No cell service so if you want to be where no one can reach ya this is the place. We played cards and games all weekend. Couldnt get the DVD player to work but other than that enjoyable quiet weekend. "

"Beautiful remote quiet spot in the woods to relax. We loved the outdoor covered patio and grilling area. The sleeping cabin was clean and nice witb all the items to use whiIe there, fridge, cups, plates, mosquito spray etc. The bathroom was very clean, very basic. Great place to stay!!"

"We went back and forth about booking due to the reviews and I’m so glad we just went ahead and booked. It’s definitely a good old northern cabin on the lake, outdated, and some spider webs. But, the lake was nice, nice dock, fire pit cozy, beds were comfy and we had a great time! Would definitely rebook if we find ourselves in the area again."

"We needed a place for our annual family 4th of July celebration. The beach and swimming was amazing! The yard allowed room for our annual family games. The house was supplied with everything we could possibiy need. The host was very responsive and extremely helpful when we had an issue with the dock. Definitely recommend staying here. The neighbors were friendly too! "

"We had an incredible stay at this beautiful lake house for my son’s 10th birthday celebration. The property is perfect for families! The converted garage served as a fun rec room with lots of games, keeping the kids entertained for hours. The floors are also heated! Upstairs, there was a spacious living area with plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The main house was equally impressive, with cozy bedrooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The best part, though, was the breathtaking view...

"We stayed here with our adult daughter and her fiance, and then several family members came on Sunday to enjoy the lakeshore and our rented pontoon. We were able to check in a couple hours early on Friday which was awesome because we missed some traffic and caught a perfect afternoon. A great time was had by all and we really loved using the patio table fire pit. The cabin is spacious and has FOUR bedrooms which each have a window looking at the lake and their own television.
