What some of our guests don't like about our listing:
-The home does not have an oven and a dishwasher, which may inconvenience guests who prefer to cook or bake meals that require oven use.
- Additionally, there is no washer and dryer in the unit, but we do have a laundromat nearby for guests' convenience.

Our space comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests, with a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a full size daybed in the lounging area, and a tri-fold mattress for extra guests or kids.

We've made sure all beds are freshly made with clean linens for your comfort. Enjoy complimentary wireless internet and streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu during your stay. We also provide complimentary popcorn, cereal, tea, and coffee for your enjoyment.

Our kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, fridge, and stove, along with all the essentials for cooking and dining (cooking oil, spices, cups, glasses, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans).

In the bathroom, you'll find a hair dryer, facial wipes, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, and clean towels.

During your stay, you'll have full access to the basement unit of our home, along with the outside firepit, lounge chairs, and both the front and back yard. We have exterior cameras on the front, side entrance to the guest unit and at the back of the home.

As a gentle reminder, this is a non-smoking home and we do not allow pets to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all our guests.

There is keyless entry to the home for which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please note, that the profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
