"I had added an extra day onto my trip with Expedia, received an email receipt confirming the extra night, etc. For some reason, the hotel was not notified and expected me to check out a day early. Me showing them the updated reservation dates, as well as calls between Expedia and the hotel didn't resolve anything. When fixes are done, a customer can tell that they were done quickly and most likely by a staff who may not know what a customer probably notices."
