Good location, loved the ramp down to the water for launching the kayaks. Home is spacious, comfortably furnished , very well equipped kitchen. Highlight is the washer and dryer- really helped when I was soaked from fishing in the rain. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to stay there again; have already recommended to all my friends!

Amazing stay!!

It was the perfect stay for us. We brought our boat and our dog and the stay went by way too quick. The home is cozy and comfortable at the end of the most perfect street filled with lovely people. The host has thought of everything to make you feel at home. The town is quaint and the people are happy and kind. Restaurants and food wonderful, sandbars amazing, water is gorgeous. We can’t wait to return soon!!

Perfect fishing base camp

House was as advertised great dock for my boat and easy access to the inlet. Quiet neighborhood and easy parking. We really enjoyed our stay and Glen helped put us on the fish too.

April fishing trip..

Great house and the dock was new.weather didn’t cooperate til the last day then we caught several Mahi. Liked the area and couldn’t have been closer to the inlet. Great experience overall.

This rental was perfect for our needs. Clean, quiet house on the water with plenty of room and all the items needed for almost two weeks for a working vacation. Wonderful neighborhood. Very convenient to many dining options, lots of wildlife around and great area for walking the dog or running with parks within a mile or so. We are looking forward to returning!

Port Salerno hidden gem

My family owned four restaurants in Port Salerno over the years. My husband fished out of Port Salerno for 30 years. Needless to say, I am thrilled we have found a place that has the old time quaintness of The Pocket. We have family in Hobe Sound and visit often. This home is in the perfect location to enjoy it all…the great restaurants, picturesque boat rides, sunset watching from the dock, and proximity to great beaches and all the surrounding area has to offer! The house was immaculate and had a very “homey” feeling. We had a mini birthday party and my friends all wanted to refer it to their visitors. The kitchen was amazingly well-stocked. Of course the porch was the hang out spot, even with the unusually chilly weather! The hosts were very easy to communicate with. I have nothing but high praise for them and how our Christmas stay turned out! We will be back!!! PS The Galapagos Tortoises next door were an amazing plus! Thank you.

Best kept Secret

Glenn and Tracy have the nicest place in Rocky Point.. We have been coming to Port Solarneo to go fishing for the last 11years. This is with out a doubt the Nicest, Cleanest, And Quietist place we have stayed. Their home has everything that you may want/need. We come to fish and we bring our own boat. From a fishing stand point it has everything you may need, fresh water, electric, fish cleaning table, and dockage. From a lodging point it’s a beautiful , clean, well kept home. This Rocky Point neighborhood is the quietest we have found. A Great outdoor area to just have a cocktail and listen to the different birds. It’s like a tropical paradise with the Mangroves and Bamboo providing seclusion.. The kitchen is very well stocked and Up to date. just like at home. Very Spacious, Large rooms, Great Screen Porch. And the washer and dryer are a real treat. You feel very safe and secure here. Glenn and Tracy are very accommodating and are the Greatest Hostess! See you guys in June. Thanks again Glenn and Tracy.

Hated to leave - we had a great stay.

Comfortable, nicely maintained and furnished two bedroom home backs on to the bay. Good beds and very nice pillows. Kitchen has everything you could need. I enjoyed the screened in porch, a great place to read and relax, or to watch the sunset. It is on a short street with friendly neighbors, including 4 giant tortoises that live nearby and who are fun to visit (bring them a carrot). Also enjoyed watching the pelicans especially when a fishing boat tossed them some fish. Once we even spotted two sea otters and if lucky you might catch a sight of a manatee. We got to meet Glen and Tracy, and appreciate their hospitality, and the fact that it is a dog-friendly rental. Downtown Stuart is a lively scene, but even closer for a meal out, and highly recommended, is King Neptune. We would definitely return.

Great property for exploring Manatee Pocket and Stuart

Very clean and well appointed property with optional boat slip and kayaks to use. Great setup and located in manatee pocket. Screened in porch is very nice to relax on and the kitchen, dining area and family room are laid out nicely.

Waterside Getaway

This recently remodeled home was well equipped and very comfortable. The backyard screened-in porch was a great place to relax at the end of the day. The dock outback provided excellent boat access to the Manatee Pocket and the St. Lucie Inlet. Glenn was a wonderful host and very accommodating.
