Quiet Neighborhood Pool Home Close To Everything

This quiet pool home has everything needed for a quiet vacation get away. There is big yard, nice pool, Tiki hut, pool table/game room and private fenced in backyard. Big screen televisions in game room, den and in the Tiki hut. Internet TV, WiFi, pool and yard service included. Golf course is a block away and beaches, downtown Stuart and shopping are all very close by. However, when you get home the privacy makes you feel like you are at a mini sanctuary and you may not want to leave. Tempurpedic beds throughout and quality furnishings make you feel right at ease. Guests must be 25 years old to rent the property. No parties are allowed with more than 15 people without specific prior permission from the owner. Guests are welcome to use grills but failure to clean up afterward will result in a $50 clean up fee.

Beautiful property!! We very much enjoyed our stay , everything was very clean, organized and amenities ( pool table, multiple grills, washer & dryer , kitchen wares, etc) were all in great condition and very much appreciated. The grounds were amazing- the pool and patio area were awesome and there was so much going on in the beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces- so many places to relax & enjoy!! The neighborhood was very quiet , safe and friendly. This location in Stuart had easy access to so many things- shopping, restaurants & activities. Check in process was a breeze and only needed to communicate with owner when we were checking out. Cant recomend this property enough

The house was great. The amenities were plentiful. A lot of things to do. The pool was too cold to use end of february beginning of march but it was beautiful enough to sit by and enjoy. The pool table was used frequently. We had a few minor issues that Jeff responded to immediately and tried to resolve right away. Overall, our experience was wonderful. It was our first family vacation ever. Our kids are in there 40s. So many memories created and a wonderful home to do so. Thank you Jeff!

Wonderful Backyard

We all enjoyed our visit to Stuart. The house was as described! The kitchen is well equipped. The backyard was awesome- private and relaxing. We had a plumbing problem and Jeff, owner, responded immediately and fixed it! We would recommend this property!!!

Awesome House and Great Homeowner

My wife and I stayed at the property for 6 weeks during the winter months. The area in Stuart has plenty to offer that is close by. The house and property are secluded and offer many amenities.The homeowner was extremely responsive to us and the best we have had since we started using VRBO. We miss it already and just got back to Massachusetts Thanks for having us

Perfect location

The home is in a quiet neighborhood located on a large corner lot, beautifully landscaped. Its location is close to everything with a short drive to the beach. The house is well kept, just a few things need addressing. - ice maker doesn’t work - water in MB toilet runs periodically, woke me at night - pool vacuum is always in the pool - internet password was incorrect, timely to figure out We will definitely consider returning.

Great place

My friends and I came down to the area to see a friend, but wanted to have our own space. This was the perfect option. Great outdoor area and the master bedroom was on the other end of the house. It was a great set up for us.

Another great stay

Jeff’s property is immaculately clean and in a wonderful, safe neighborhood. We had a minor issue at the beginning of our 2 week stay and Jeff was quick to communicate with us and worked hard to fix the issue. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again next winter.

Short stay but we enjoyed our stay

We just stayed for 2 nights before our beach house was available. We enjoyed the pool and the tiki hut outside and the pool table inside. The property was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect... 20 minutes from our beach house rental in Stuart Beach and the neighborhood was nice. The location and landscaping made it feel like we had the neighborhood to ourselves. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The only thing that I would change is the sheer curtain for the master bedroom. When your have the lights on your can see right into the bedroom from the backyard. There should be another option to close blinds or have a better curtain that really provides privacy. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. I'd love to know the brand and buy one for my home.

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

We so enjoyed our stay in Jeff’s charming house in a safe & quiet neighborhood. It had so many thoughtful details. The house was spotless and we felt very comfortable from the start. My teenage son loved the pool table and the pool. The pool was a bit chilly but we’re from the northeast so we’re used to swimming in chilly water. I loved relaxing poolside, enjoying the privacy and quietness of the neighborhood. It was a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to book another stay in early 2024.

Our Stay Was Memorable In Many Respects

Plusses: 1. Jeff, the owner & landlord, is an affable (albeit reserved) individual. He seemed responsive to many of our immediate needs. 2. The home is situated in a mid-range segment of town, a very quiet area of the community. 3. The house is relatively convenient to the center of town...which is a must-see trip...and is close to shopping/restaurants/golf courses/highways. 4.The "street appeal" of the house is good; the interior layout of the home also is good; the furnishings...while somewhat dated...are quite comfortable . 5. Except for the need of more water goblets, the dishware/cutlery/wine glasses were sufficient. 6.The daily/weekly/monthly rental prices were deemed to be "competitive." Minuses: 1. We recognize that securing capable help these days borders on impossible. Jeff does the best that he can under those circumstances. 2.While the pool...and the surrounding area...are nicely done, the pool is unheated (for the winter months). And it should be screened from above, as well as on the sides in order to prevent leaves (as well as other uninvited elements) from finding their way into the pool. 3. Although the house is located some distance away from the ocean, that problem is manageable. However, at least two beach chairs, perhaps a recliner or two, and a beach umbrella should have been provided. 4. While someone might be critical of the sink-shower plumbing concepts, they can be made to work adequately.

Enjoyable Central Eastern Florida Stay

Great place to hosts guests and entertain. Lots to do inside and out with pool table and pool. Landscaping was very tropical and inviting. Location was very central to Stuart and surrounding areas. Would highly recommend.

Family Fun for Everyone

We enjoyed our stay at North River Shores & cannot wait to come back to the FL sun! The property is tucked away on a quiet street and very nicely landscaped. We travelled with 3 girls (aged 2-5) and they enjoyed the kids room and splashing in the pool! We managed to take advantage of the kitchen and outdoor space on several occasions and definitely enjoyed sipping coffee outside on the rocking chairs in the morning. The hosts did a great job making sure the home was stocked with supplies to make the trip unforgettable. Thank you so much!

Excellent location

House is in such a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood but still close to stores and restaurants. Jeff was very available for any issues that may arise because he lives so close. Backyard was awesome as others have stated, very private. Pool was nice, but could only use it a few times because it’s not heated. (We were there in February) Layout of house is great, master bedroom on one side, two guest rooms and 2nd bath on the other side. And, plenty of hangers available! The kitchen was lacking a few items I’m used to using, but I sent Jeff a note recommending he supply them for future renters. He does supply plenty of towels (excellent quality), toilet paper and paper towels. Really enjoyed our stay.
