OCEAN OASIS

Ocean Oasis is a recently remodeled and tastefully decorated 1/1 condominium situated directly on the Atlantic Ocean on beautiful South Hutchinson Island. This direct oceanfront unit sleeps 4 and is pet friendly (with pet fee and signed pet addendum for up to two well-behaved dogs) with leashed dogs allowed on the beach. Ocean Oasis is located in the Spoonbill building in beautiful and serene Indian River Plantation, also home to the Marriott Hutchinson Island Resort. Enjoy our private balcony directly overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The building has a great pool with restrooms, lounge chairs and tables and a private beach entrance for Spoonbill and Pelican owners and their guests only. We provide four beach chairs and an umbrella for your use during your stay. Bring your boat! Rent a slip at the Marriott’s 77 slip marina. You can rent a boat or jet ski at that same marina. Paddleboards, surf boards, and snorkel gear are also available for rental just across the street from IRP.

Activities and Attractions:
The property is located on South Hutchinson Island in Stuart FL. Steps away from the condo are miles of uncrowded coastline to explore. The area is ideal for romantic getaways as well as for families with children. There truly is something for everyone. This area of Florida is called the Treasure Coast due to the numerous shipwrecks along the coral shoreline where coins and gold have washed ashore or been found by divers. Take a stroll down the beach in either direction to explore. To the north is Stuart public beach where you can grab a burger or hotdog at the Seaside Cafe. To the south is Chastain Beach with beautiful coral outcroppings and a popular place for local surfers. Further south you’ll find the House of Refuge Museum. Explore the rich local history as well as abundant wildlife at several museums located within 1.5 miles of the property. Visit historic downtown Stuart for world class shopping and dining. Be sure to check out the Rockin’ Riverwalk free concert every Sunday in front of the Boathouse Restaurant and bar.

Had an awesome week with the family. Unit was clean. Nice view. Beach and pool were awesome. Quiet and peaceful area. Good restaurants within driving distance. Would definitely go back.

Very happy with everything! Beginning each day with spectacular sunrises, days at the beach, days at the pool, morning and evening walks. Hosts very responsive, everything in working order, kitchen well stocked with utensils, pots/pans, etc.

It would be hard to beat this view overlooking the ocean with easy beach access. The hosts were prompt with responses to questions. The condo is well equipped and very comfortable. Price is quite reasonable for location. Great walking in the area. Quiet. Very near the Elliot Museum and Oceanographic Institute. Car needed to get into town and other attractions.

We had the best time at Vanessa and Mike’s place! The condo was perfect for me, my boyfriend and our dog. Loved how it was a quick walk away from the pool and beach. The views of the sunrise are so gorgeous from the balcony. It is a very nice place with everything you need while on vacation. We loved how close it was to drive to the places we wanted to experience while in the area. Love all the walking paths in the area, too! We would absolutely stay here again if we head back down to Stuart from NC again. Thank you!

This 1 bedrm ocean front/view condo is perfect. Very bright and clean. Tastefully decorated and full kitchen amenities. Sunrise each morning is very refreshing. We did not receive the initial welcome email. So, we contacted owner and it was immediately rectified. Excellent response time and extremely friendly to ensure a pleasant vacation.

This is a lovely, clean and comfortable, beachfront condo in a quiet spot on Hutchinson Island. It is right on the beach and near the pool. Stuart is a delightful town with shops and restaurants a short drive away. It is also close to state parks and nature preserves. We must note the condo building is undergoing construction on the weekdays that is quite loud. I recommend this property, but check to see if the construction is completed first.

This is a great unit for our family of three and our fur baby. We have stayed here annually during the summer for many years now and look forward to continuing to do so. The property owners are a true delight to work with!

Loved the area and beaches. Condo in a nice location. Very clean. Owners pleasant to work with. Only a couple of things i wish i would have know: mattress very, very firm and bring a fan (if you usually sleep with one-no fans in ceiling or free standing) would definitely stay here again

This is a nice place to stay! First, the bad… the building was undergoing repairs which, unfortunately, were directly below our unit. It was not any fault of the owners, just bad timing. It made the unit unusable from 8:30-4:00 for three of the five days we stayed. Now the good… the owners were great and not only responded to our concerns in a timely fashion but also offered satisfactory remuneration for the inconveniences. The condo has everything you need for a pleasant stay and the sunrises are beautiful! The beach is clean, the water amazing, and they even provided beach chairs and umbrellas so you can spend more time on the beach without being burned to a crisp. This unit has a great view of the ocean and the pool (which is also nice). The area is beautiful and offers some really nice dining and evening entertainment as well as shopping (there’s a grocery store less than a mile away). Overall, we had a great time in spite of the noise and I highly recommend staying here… once the renovations are complete 😊

My wife and I were looking for a quiet little get away, with our dog. The condo had a great view of the beach, was a 2 minute walk and right on the sand. The apartment was perfect. Vanessa and Mike were great and easy to talk to. Vanessa would answer any question you had. I recommend any one looking to visit Hutchinson Island, you must stay here.

Great location. Beautiful view. Clean and very nicely decorated. All beach needs like chairs and umbrellas. All the necessities provided from coffee, snacks, ice, shampoo and soap. Plenty of beach towels. This is the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. The hosts were very communicative and quick to respond if needed.
