"TVs are terrible. Only plugs in the room were on the opposite side of the beds. Useless at night. Beds are awful. Sleeping on a concrete bench would have been more comfortable."

"The hotel is good , whenever I am in Katowice I stay there, They have to provide un-slippery stripes or mat in the bathtub, the sauna shower need to clean the drain traps it blocks easily after minute of showering the water flow over the place. The staff every where are very friendly and very nice , helpful . I will go again."

"Das Zimmer war total sauber. Frühstück auch sehr reichhaltig und frisch. Empfang ist. Personal war nett. Spabereich konnte ich leider nicht nutzen."

"Good airport hotel."

"Very basic old hotel, almost a motel style. The only reason to stay here is due to lack of other choices in the city. Overall we had good experience, just the hotel class is below most others we’ve stayed in. Location is central and convenient, also next to the train station. Unfortunately we also had an issue with the A/C unit making loude noise every few minutes."

"Für eine Nacht eine gute Wahl. Direkt neben der Straße und mehreren Veranstaltungsorten. Zimmer ist abgewohnt aber sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut. Zahlungspflichtige Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Hotel."

"For basic accommodation, this was excellent. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, the facilities were good, and there's a reasonably priced shuttle bus service to the terminal. I'll be staying again."

"Perfect for our needs "

"Parkplatz und Frühstück sind teuer aber sehr gut. Ein tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal"

"Wir hatten eine Nacht spontan gebucht. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und auch die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Wir sind unendlich dankbar über diese wunderbare Unterkunft und wurden auch noch kostenlos upgedatet. So viel Fürsorge hatten wir nicht erwartet."
