"The room was clean but run-down. Our door would't lock on the way out and we had to learn to mess with it before it would finally locked (we were there 4 days). The staff helped once and that was it. Breakfast was meagre. The hotel smelled of bug spray. No soap in the room. Containers in the shower were nearly empty. Not that mattered much, but the curtain was ripped. The staff was ok, nothing out of the ordinary. Parking was cramped but always available.
One issue I had was that I was called...

"Our room had a very bad odor. The chair arm was broken. I asked for a different one. Went out for a few hours. Came back. Was told that there weren’t any. I asked if the motel was full, and if not, they could switch one out. The young lady got one out of a possible storage room. It was very dirty. She didn’t clean it. That arm was not safe either - screw was coming out. I think all chairs need replaced."
