"Excellent staff, nothing was too much for them. They were always available if anything was needed and they were very friendly. However, concerning the room, there were lots of hair in shower & bathroom upon check in. Also on the bed sheets. Floor needs to be cleaned in both bathroom & bedroom, regularly. Cleaning standards in general were not very good. Fridge & oven had food deposits. Cobwebs in windows. Also, whoever painted the walls, (it was freshly painted) painted almost everything ...

"We were very happy with our stay. When we booked it worked out cheaper than your standard travel lodge/premier inn so we where worried the images online wouldn’t match the experience but we where wrong! Sure the rooms could maybe do with a lick of paint but overall we were very happy with the apartment. "Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine.
Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault.
Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road."
