"Great hotel, they concentrate on what’s important, the room. It’s large, comfortable and clean. Only minor issue is the TV is old and has only the basic channels but hey if you are watching TV for any long period then you should probably stay at home rather than visit gorgeous Stratford."

"Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website.
Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to.
Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

"Lovely host, very helpful & pleasant, parking directly outside our room which was a good size & very clean. Lovely surroundings with horses in the stables to say hello to. Great directions for walking to our concert at bp pulse about 15 mins away. The breakfast was very nice & served very quickly.
