"These trailers are located in a industrial area so we were disturbed some late nights and early mornings by traffic. The walls are very thin and you can also hear neighbours in the other trailers. "This is a very unique and beautiful stay. It is a steep walk down a few steps to the boathouse and is a little tight with luggage. The washer and dryer are below the boathouse and accessible through a trapdoor and down a small ladder- it's fun to go down to. The shower is very small and you will be unable to stand upright in it- you just gotta sit to shower. Despite the few quirks, we absolutely loved this boathouse stay. "Great location in the middle of the centre. And room was big with a shelf and a desk. There is no shower (bidet sprey is used as shower), no kitchen( there were some equipments downstairs ) but if you are ok with it, it’s fine. I still enjoyed the convenience of the location. It was noisy from the street but overall I was pretty happy with the stay!"

"This property was very quaint and in a good location. The company Vert, that manages the property was terrible with communication and replying. Also, it does NOT HAVE a washer and dryer in the apartment as listed, it has a non woeking washer and dryer in the dungy dirty and unsafe basement. I would not stay here again. "

Neighbors were very friendly. 4 of 5 stars for not making clear “shower” was actually a hose connection from the sink with a curtain that had to set up to encircle me each time a shower was taken. The water drained into the bathroom floor. The curtain space was so small it stuck to my body while I was showering."
