Called 4 times to get robes (had to go to reception after a day to get them), bad restaurant food, asked for a bottle of champagne to the room (messaged them before we arrived) but nothing. Small stuff missing from the room (our toothpaste was missing after the first day). ..."

"Room was newly remodeled/painted. Location is far from the old town sites but the 9 tram is right next to the hotel, it will take you there in 25 minutes. I would definitely stay here again."
