"Vermieter schrieb uns einen Tag vor der Anreise, dass die Wohnung nicht verfügbar ist aufgrund von "Umbaumaßnahmen". Die Wohnung war aber weiterhin auf mehreren Portalen verfügbar.Da hatte wohl der Vermieter keine Lust auf Gäste.Auch hielt es der Vermieter nicht für nötig, die Buchung im System zu stornieren, damit wir unser Geld erstattet bekommen. Erst die Beschwerde bei FeWo direkt brachte Bewegung in die Sache. Der Vermieter stornierte die Buchung letztendlich mit der Begründung "Guest...

"Die Wohnung selbst ist in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind klein und die Küche ist nur mit den Nötigsten ausgestattet. Aber es gibt eine Waschmaschine. Der check-in war erschwert dadurch, daß nicht gleich klar ist, daß der Zugang zum Haus über den Hinterhof von Gebäuden in der Poststr. zu erreichen ist. Auch die Lagekarte kann in dieser Beziehung verwirren."

"Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Straße und ist nicht weit von der Atlstadt entfernt. Daniel war sehr nett und hat jede Frage freundlich beantwortet. Mein Mann und ich, sowie unser kleiner Hund haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. "

"Wir waren für eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Sie liegt schön ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse mit freiem Blick ins Grüne. Meißen, Dresden, Schloß Moritzburg und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von dort aus schnell und gut zu erreichen Wir würden wieder dort buchen wenn wir mal wieder in der Nähe sind."
