Relaxing week at the beach

Condo was ideally located on the beach, very clean, nicely decorated with comfortable beds and very well appointed. We had everything that we needed for a relaxing week at the beach! The only glitch was with check in. We paid extra for an early check in, but the property manager failed to set the door key code early, so we had to call and wait for someone to call us back with the default key code so we could get in.

In the heart of Bradenton Beach

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely 3 bedroom condo. The condo had everything we needed, right down to the salt and pepper! It's a quick walk down the beach to get to bridge street, where we had fun shopping and eating. We had a little problem with the lock when we first got there but the owner and property management team were very responsive, and it was fixed immediately. We love hanging out as a family watching football and doing puzzles, and this condo has great space for both. The outdoor deck is lovely and has direct beach access to the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful Location and Property

The location is perfect. You can ride the free trolley around the island, or most things are close enough to walk. The unit is comfortable and the walk out to the beach is perfect. The beach was very calm even after Hurricane Ian. We didn’t rent a car as it wasn’t needed. We took a LYFT from the airport and an Uber back. Check both each time as they could be drastically different prices. The bed in the Master was so comfortable so if I can get the mattress brand and type, that would be a bonus. 😉 We couldn’t get the TV’s to work in the Master or other King bedroom, but it wasn’t a huge deal as we just watched the TV in the living room when not sitting on the screened in patio listening to the waves.

Excellent Location...Beautiful Condo

The property was beautiful. Plenty of space and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need (if you are staying in). Sitting on the screened in porch was one of our favorite spots...it looked over the beach and the pool. Just a short little walk and you were on the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

Feels like home, but better

This may not apply to everyone, but for my family, finding a 3 BR, 3 BA on the beach, full Gulf of Mexico views and an elevator and 2 parking spots was next to impossible to find. This property has all that, plus a pool, great restaurants within walking distance and close proximity to the trolley stops. The photos are very accurate, and from the moment you walk in the front door you can feel the warmth of home, but better because you can see the Gulf through the large sliders across the room. In between, a very well appointed kitchen and a good size dining table and living room. Plenty of space for the whole family to gather. The furnishings are comfortable and homey, with a nice beach vibe without over doing it. A huge master with walk in bath also has a Gulf view, which is nice to wake up to. The secondary room also has a king size bed. The third bedroom has the two singles and each room has plenty of closet and storage space to fully unpack. No one wants to see the luggage stuck in a corner everyday reminding them vacation must end eventually. There is nothing better than walking down the steps and being in the sand in less than a minute and in the water in less than 3 minutes. Times may vary, I saw some kids do it much faster. The patio is huge, has a table for four, two full size chase lounges and beach item storage out of sight to the side. Some days you don't even need to go to the beach, just enjoy from the patio and have access to your cold drinks and snacks. My family enjoyed an incredible two week stay and enjoyed it all. While somethings things come up in life, as they did for us on this trip, I could not say anything more positive about the management company or the owner. Both were very responsive to resolve any issue quickly. Karen is a very proud owner of this property, as she should be, it is wonderful. She was exceptional at reaching out before our check in, welcoming us after arrival and being very participatory in helping to resolve a few items throughout our stay and again after our departure. It was clear to me that she wants each guest to feel as at home as she does in this outstanding property by the sea. I have no doubts if you chose this property you will enjoy it as my family did.

Mother/daughters getaway

I have stayed at many VRBO properties, but this condo far surpassed the others. A great location, screened in lanai with a breathtaking view of the gulf. Five star cleanliness! The host provides an abundance of kitchen necessities for cooking a meal or light lunch. Trolley stop a short distance from the residence. You will NOT be disappointed I promise. Host was prompt in responding to my questions.

A beautiful beach vacation!

This property is ideal for an amazing Anna Maria Island beach vacation. The location is perfect right on the beach with expansive views. We watched the sunset nearly every night on the beach in front of the condo (wow!). The owner, Karen, is extremely communicative and responsive, answering all our questions and providing helpful info prior to arrival. She has made the condo extremely comfortable and well appointed. It was perfect for our family of 5! It is very spacious with room to spare. All linens included beach towels were provided. There are beach toys and chairs. The parking is awesome (one garage space right by the elevator plus an outdoor assigned space). The free trolley stop is steps away and the location of the condo is perfect on the island, between bridge street and the northern parts of the island. Friends and family also staying on the island called our place the palace! :)

Wonderful beachfront property with all the comforts of home plus some. Perfect for a family vacation on the beach. Close to Bradenton beach village on foot. Loved all the shopping and restaurants within walking distance without driving. Definitely would go back.

Great getaway

Location is so close to the beach. Even on the windy/cool days, we still had 180º view of the beach and were able to hear the waves crashing. The pool was heated and comfortable and the second pool/spa across the street in the remainder of the Bradenton Beach Club was great to have acces to on the windy days. My kids loved walking down to/from the beach, it took 1.5-2 minutes tops from our bedroom to our beach chairs! There were beach toys, chairs, an umbrella, beach towels...everything we could need. And the location is terrific - the BBQ place across the street is great and so many great restaurants were a nice walk or super short car ride away. The kitchen has everything you could want and the beds were super comfortable. We loved our stay.

Nicest VRBO we have ever stayed at!

The minute you walk through the door, you see the sun reflecting off of the sparkling green gulf water through the wall of glass leading out to the largest screened-in lanai - complete with table for 4 and lounge chairs. The Condo is decorated impeccably with tray ceilings painted the loveliest shades of Florida. The furniture is classic and the decor throughout is charming and makes you feel at home. Then, there is the amazing kitchen with gorgeous materials and style, and stocked like no other rental ever. Air Fryer, crock pot, Keurig and regular coffee pot, unbelievable assortment of tropical inspired dish ware and every kind of glass ware. Huge fridge with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, and plenty of cleaning supplies under the sink. Foil, spices, sandwich bags, even a chip clip! There wasn’t one thing I needed that wasn’t already there! This Condo complex is the perfect size in the perfect location. I’ve stayed at many high rises on the beach and you have to fight for a parking spot and wait for elevators. This is one floor up (with an elevator or stairs) and 2 designated parking spots - 1 outside and 1 inside a garage with your own opener. To get to the beach and pool, you take 1 easy flight of stairs outside the Lanai and you are there. (You can also use the elevator easily if needed.) The white sand beach is gorgeous and not packed like at the public beach areas. The condo was stocked with beach toys, sand castle toys, beach chairs, and towels. Easy Peasy to enjoy the beach without needing to carry stuff far. The location is in walking distance to many restaurants and the free trolley stops in front of the building. My college student daughters and their friends took the trolley and walked to dinner on their own to give them the freedom to explore without using our rental car. Karen, the owner was very responsive and answered my questions quickly. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Anna Maria Island!

One of our favorite vacations of all time

My family, including our young kids, had a wonderful stay - beautiful sunsets from the living room, easy access to beach & beach front pool. Beautiful, clean condo inside. We hope to return in the future! Karen was also very responsive over email.
