"I really enjoyed our stay here, was nervous after all the negative reviews, but we did not have a bad experience at all, we were able to check in early, the beach was so accessible, will definitely stay here again. The only thing I did not like was that random $24 dollar fee and that you have to pay for parking? In my opinion it should be included with your stay. "

"Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect and we were right near the boardwalk. The only trouble we had was looking for parking as there’s mostly meter parking. However, the room was nice and the location was perfect."

"Tom & Sherry were great hosts, responsive and friendly! The cottage is in a quiet area and set back, so it feels cozy and private. We would definitely stay again!"

"Amy’s property was perfect for 9 of us. We were in town for Beach Blast soccer tournament and everything we needed or wanted to do was within walking distance. The apartment was extremely clean and quiet. 2 out of the 3 bedrooms had air conditioning in them. The 3rd bedroom had an upright fan in it so to keep that room cool you do need to keep the door open so that it stays cool with the living room and kitchen air conditioning running. "Cozy suites was perfect for our girls weekend. Love the location, the cleanliness and how spacious the condo was. A little noisy at times, but other than that loved our stay. Also the owner is very attentive and excellent with communication."
