I greatly appreciated the proximity of Room 122 and its spaciousness; however, it doesn’t have a towel rack which isn’t the norm. I used the robe hook on the bathroom door in lieu of it for face-cloths. The other minor critique is that one of the lampshades was locked in place crooked, so I was unable to move the finial to adjust the one table lamp. "A great place to stay if you are going to events of hockey at Roger’s Arena. Staff were excellent and attentive, a slight issue requiring maintenance was dealt with immediately and he left a note identifying he had come in and rectified the problem. Thanks Thor! "I spent 4 nights at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were excellent and friendly. Great breakfast. I have only 2 complaints, first there is a very strong perfume smell in the hotel, especially in the lobby. My room wasn’t bad. The room also had a window that opened to fresh air. When I came home all of my clothes and suitcases smelled like the hotel. I am extremely sensitive to smells as it affects my lungs. "Front desk employee at check in was borderline rude, was not impressed and she quoted me a rate that was $40 higher than Expedia so I sat in chair and booked with them. I ordered room service, a simple turkey club with fries and gravy and after a long wait it finally arrived and all was ice cold. They charge a $2 fee plus 18% tip as well I tipped $5 when delivered and definitely was a waste of money, very disappointing as I had a long day and I was hungry.
