I greatly appreciated the proximity of Room 122 and its spaciousness; however, it doesn’t have a towel rack which isn’t the norm. I used the robe hook on the bathroom door in lieu of it for face-cloths. The other minor critique is that one of the lampshades was locked in place crooked, so I was unable to move the finial to adjust the one table lamp. "Clean rooms and easy parking!"

"The location was close to the highway with lots of dining options nearby. There was plenty of parking out front. I enjoyed the breakfast. Small complaint about the TV - I couldn't just turn it on and watch the network channels. I didn't ask for help from the front desk but ... should I have to? Written directions would be helpful for less tech-minded visitors."

"I spent 4 nights at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were excellent and friendly. Great breakfast. I have only 2 complaints, first there is a very strong perfume smell in the hotel, especially in the lobby. My room wasn’t bad. The room also had a window that opened to fresh air. When I came home all of my clothes and suitcases smelled like the hotel. I am extremely sensitive to smells as it affects my lungs. The second is that the pool and hot tub were quite cool, and I only used them...

"Room was very clean, enjoyed that I had actual glass glasses not plastic or paper. I really disliked that I had very little control on my room temperature. I could not change the thermostat, which was too high for my liking. The baseboard heater was so hot I could barely touch it, consequently I had the air conditioner at max and the temperature was barely cool enough for me. "

"The room was old and in need of repairs, and the airconditioner was like a prop plane engine when it turned on, it kept the room cool but still loud. I habe stayed at this hotel prior but this was the less than enjoyable stays overall. I hope the next time I stay it is better as before. As I have decided to use one of the Holiday Inns next month's stay."

"I stayed in room 102. I’ve never seen a rug so dirty in my life the bedding was clean, but the whole place needs a work over the shower system the toilet system. The flooring needs totally redone. It’s a dive and if that rug could talk. It’s got 40 years of talking. It’s time to change the flooring."

"We had to leave the property within 1.5 hours of checking in due to its poor condition. The room was extremely dirty, the beds were uncomfortable, and the washroom was not properly cleaned. Our experience was very disappointing, and we would not recommend booking this place. Despite leaving shortly after arrival because the accommodations were unacceptable, the hotel staff refused to provide a refund."
