"It was a bit of a trek to get there but the destination was worth the journey! The peacefulness of the stay was amazing, a quick walk to the water and then just amazing views; they were some of my favorite in our Scotland trip. It was about an hour drive to the Fairy Pools which were beautiful and I highly recommend."

Also am besten bei Fragen, direkt an die Hosts wenden. Infos für den Check in erhielten wir per mail von einem anderen Anbieter. Ein Handtuch mehr pro Person wäre schön gewesen, bei 4 Nächten. "Rowan Cottage is a super cute place to stay. It is nestled in the forest which would be a great place to explore if I brought my little ones. (Next time for sure). When we entered it was nice and toasty warm. The lounge and kitchen had everything we needed. The house directions/expectations were easily found. Loads of space and I will definitely be back for a longer stay. Thanks!!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cottage was quintessential Scottish and beautiful. Beds very comfortable. Only suggestion would be to have a coffee maker for those of us who would like a pot of coffee and didn’t have a dryer. Fortunately we were able to dry clothes in the glorious sunshine while we were in the Highlands. Strathpeffer was a lovely place to visit. Drove to Ullapool for the day, great day trip. Overall, highly recommend this beautiful spot!"
