The stay wasn't as good as the first time we stayed. The room seems to not be as clean and tidy and their was parts of the decore coming off especially in the bathroom a bove the shower. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff were amazing, pool was great for the kids, would stay again. The fish tanks were a big hit for the little ones.

Excellent facility, specious and comfy, the appliances were used and not very hygienic and in need of a deep clean. Staff are very friendly, this was my 2nd year of coming to Farnborough and staying at HQ I will still book again next year.

Goog apartment
The welcome food (fruit, cookies, etc.) was appreciated. The room was clean, but the dishwasher was not working properly and I couldn't use it properly. The bus stop was nearby, which was convenient for commuting. The manager's service was very good.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and every little detail was thought about! From milk in the fridge to a hot chocolate station for the kids! Collecting the eggs and feed for the animals was a lovely touch!
