Our deluxe room at the top of the hotel was one of the nicest we've ever stayed in with plenty of space, everything we needed and being very comfortable. There was a good selection at breakfast and all members of staff were friendly and helpful. All in all we would highly recommend this hotel. "

"This is a 5* hotel, with the usual amenities - bellboy, valet parking, etc. Location is outstanding - like a fairy tale (with Christmas lights still up). Room was old and needs to be updated. Room pricing appears to vary a lot, depending on demand. We were there over Christmas week, and it was very expensive (IMO overpriced.) Definitely *the* place to stay in Strasbourg."

"Nice hotel in a very good location for the station and to see the centre of the city. Polite staff and greeting on arrival. Rooms were nice, only problem was the blinds didn't shut in the room and there was a street light outside!"

The staff was very courteous and helpful recommending restaurants and explaining how to use the tram to get to the train station. Breakfast was nice and with good offerings. Location is perfect. "
