Stylish Apartment in City Center with WiFi, AC, in fabulous Strasbourg

Your Strasbourg adventure begins at this very central 3-bedroom apartment (living room can be converted into another room). With 4 double beds (1 which is a murphy bed in the living room) and 3 twin bed (1 which is in the living), this delightful space is perfect for families or groups of friends. The apartment is located on the floor "ES" (between the ground floor and first floor) and is accessible by elevator. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, a washing machine, and AC (on from June to September). The bathroom features a shower and a hair dryer for your comfort. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

The 80m² apartment can accommodate up to 11 people for short stays, with the space optimized accordingly. We believe it is ideal for groups of 6 to 8 people, but we will be happy to host up to 11. However, keep in mind that it will be a bit more cozy :)

The apartment is located on the first floor above ground level (ES- Entre Sol) and is accessible by elevator.

A large living room and/or bedroom with storage furniture, a large-screen Smart TV, 2 sofas that can easily be transformed into comfortable single beds, and 1 foldaway double bed hidden in the wardrobe.

Two smaller bedrooms (Gutenberg & Broglie rooms) each with a double bed, a desk area, an LCD TV, and storage units.

A separate kitchen equipped with a table and 11 stools, microwave, induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge–freezer combo, and sink.

A full set of dishes and all the utensils needed for cooking. You will also find small appliances (toaster, kettle, and Nespresso machine).

One spacious bathroom with a shower, washer–dryer, hairdryer, shower gel, soap, and shampoo.

One separate toilet with a hand basin, soap, and toilet paper.

Bed linen and towels are, of course, included in your booking.

The apartment is air-conditioned from June to September only.

The shared spaces include the hallway (with 1 foldaway Murphy single bed hidden in the layout) and the entrance area with a closet containing wardrobes, storage, a small desk, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner.

Several guests can share the apartment, as each bedroom is independent.

Bed details: 4 double beds (3 measuring 140/190 cm; 1 measuring 160/190 cm), 2 single sofa beds (90/190 cm), 1 baby travel cot, 1 foldaway single bed (90/190 cm) hidden in the hallway gray furniture.

As a general rule, bookings are limited to a maximum stay of 2 weeks, but requests for longer stays can be made. After 10 days, an additional cleaning fee of 150 euros will be charged on site. Only the number of guests indicated in the initial booking is allowed to stay in the apartment. If more guests stay, the reservation may be cancelled.
