🥨 In the heart of the Petite-France district, the apartment "Le Nid de l'Ill" has been imagined and designed so that you can immerse yourself alone or with your family, professionally or personally, by foot or bike, of the Alsatian atmosphere. A pretty cocoon for your stay in Strasbourg!

🏡 Completely renovated on 3rd level of a small co-ownership inside half-timbering, the Nid de l'Ill has been designed to help you escape and transport you in order to keep conviviality as a key word.



🏡 This furnished apartment is above all a 60m² duplex.



🛏️Composed upstairs of a master bedroom with a 160 x 200 double bed.



🛋️ On the ground floor, a shared living environment has been favored by the opening of the fully equipped kitchen area (hob, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker) with living room, dining room and office.

🛏️ You can also enjoy the game of spaces and heights with a soppalco offering a sofa bed but also a desk.



🚿 🚽 A separate WC and a small bathroom with integrated Italian shower.



Le Nid will be delighted to offer you free access to all household appliances, a wifi service, DVD player, or board games available to all, or the possibility of getting around Strasbourg by bike.

🌉 The Neighborhood:

L' ill is omnipresent in Petite France, which has sometimes led to it being compared to a little Venice. Where the district takes shape, the river forms an astonishing delta made up of five arms. Seen from the sky, these strangely resemble the fingers of a hand trying to grasp the entire city. Both peaceful and impetuous, the Ill irrigates the district with all its charm. Let yourself go for a walk on its quays, and admire the reflections of the colorful facades of the old houses.

Rue du Bain-aux-Plantes

Accessible from Place Benjamin Zix, rue du Bain-aux-Plantes has a set of remarkably homogeneous half-timbered houses. We can only give in to the visual appeal as the whole impresses. In this former street of tanners, each house is absolutely white, featuring variable geometry half-timbering and an additional, wide open roof, intended for drying the skins. The street, with old cobblestones, is a foray into the past.

The bridges

Located at the end of Rue du Bain-aux-Plantes, you will discover the Pheasant Bridge, also locally called "the Turning Bridge". Small and discreet, this pedestrian bridge dictates its will to all passers-by. You may indeed have to wait to cross it, because it will have rotated to allow a boat to cross it. An unparalleled attraction.



The Saint-Martin bridge, a stone bridge with two arches and a single pier, is very close. From there, do not miss the view of the mills, dams and locks but also of a picturesque little terrace on the water.

These two bridges provide postcard views, where the charm operates, and from where you can bring back wonderful souvenir photos.

House rules:

🚭 This house is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in an additional €250 cleaning charge penalty.



🛏️ Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.



However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.



⛔ Pets are strictly prohibited.



📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
