Cocoonr Agency offers this charming 29 sqm studio, nestled on the 3rd floor under the eaves of a characterful traditional Alsatian building (no elevator), ideally located in Strasbourg in a pleasant and convenient area.

Designed to accommodate up to 2 guests, this cozy space stands out for its brightness, warm and authentic atmosphere, and functional layout. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, a solo stay, or a business trip, it provides a welcoming and relaxing setting, just steps away from all amenities.

To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, cleaning is included and high-quality 4-star hotel linen (bed sheets, towels, tea towels) is provided. For your comfort, the bed will be carefully prepared prior to your arrival.


The accommodation is composed as follows :

- A bright 20 sqm living area equipped with a TV, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the city, including a sleeping area with a double bed (140x190).
- A fully equipped kitchen featuring a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and all necessary kitchenware, designed for both practicality and comfort.
- A bathroom with a bathtub and WC.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Strasbourg’s historic center, in a lively and vibrant neighborhood. You will enjoy immediate access to all essential shops, as well as numerous restaurants, bars, boutiques, and markets. It is the perfect starting point to explore the UNESCO-listed historic streets and fully experience the unique atmosphere of the Alsatian capital.


Transportation :

If you are arriving by car, we recommend the P2 Sébastopol parking, located 9 minutes away by car, at a rate of €21 per 24 hours.

For getting around :

- “Homme de Fer” tram stop (lines A, B, C, D, F) is a 4-minute walk away.
- Strasbourg central train station is 14 minutes by public transport and 12 minutes on foot.
- Strasbourg International Airport is 25 minutes by car and 35 minutes by public transport.

- The building does not have an elevator, and the stairs are typical and relatively steep, requiring extra care. This layout is part of the authentic charm of Alsatian buildings.

The accommodation is available from 4:00 PM. Keys must be collected from a secure lockbox located in the entrance area of the Cocoonr Strasbourg agency, approximately a 3-minute walk from the apartment.

On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr Strasbourg team, a “ready-to-live” rental agency, who will be available throughout your stay to ensure you have the best possible experience.
