Platja Am Heidweiher

Positif: Lit confortable, wifi, bon petit déjeuner, parking Négatif: J'aurais préféré avoir une baignoire au lieu d'une douche

Heating didn’t work even though it was 6-7 degrees in the evening. The staff said that temperature was not low enough to run the central heating system. I asked him to offer an extra blanket, and he said that he would come in about 10 minutes. I waited for 2 hours (until 2 am), but he didn’t come. The hotel was great overall, but they need to train their staffs for appropriate service.
