"On a three week trip to Europe this was our overall favorite rental.From the moment we opened the door we felt instantly comfortable and at home. The entire place is well appointed, well lit, and spotless. Check in, parking, and communication with the host was a breeze, and my only regret is not booking a longer stay. "Vielen lieben Dank für zwei wunderschöne, erholsame Wochen für die ganze Familie. In der Brownston Lodge ist wirklich alles da was man braucht. "Wonderful place to be based for a trip to Ireland. Loved the private beach, the views of the lake, fishing on the lake, and of course the donkeys! Enjoyed lots of days out around Mayo and Sligo. Mary was a lovely host! Highly recommend the venue as place to enjoy in and of its self as well as base to go exploring! "

"Eight of us stayed in Jimmy's home as our base for climbing Croagh Patrick. The home was sited beautifully just outside of Westport and impeccably clean. There was space for eating outdoors, which was a must given how pretty the property is. Jimmy was a great host and timely answered all questions we had before the stay. If you're looking for a cozy, beautiful home in the Westport area, you cannot do better than this property. It won "best house" in our after-trip poll. "

"Our stay was excellent. Beautiful cottage in an excellent location, close to Castlebar with good road connections for touring the beautiful county of Mayo. The hosts Declan and Laura are very welcoming and very accommodating. Absolutely lovely people. A real genuine "Cead Mile Failte" is felt here. We will definately return to stay at Cherry Tree Cottage, that is for sure! Derek Hanley, and family Dublin."

"Very clean, and comfortable, beautiful home. Large well equipped kitchen. Conveniently located so we could pop into town, or head out to tour for the day. "La dame est très gentille, elle donne tous les renseignements que nous lui demandons mais la note de 8/10 pour l’établissement ne correspond en rien à l’état des lieux. Deux chambres sont correctes si on ne regarde pas le ménage, la troisième chambre avec salle de bain, la robinetterie du lavabo ne fonctionne pas. La salle de bain principale, une odeur que même la fenêtre ouverte pendant 3 jours n’est pas partie, et les wc il fallait attendre au moins un quart d’heure entre chaque tirage de...
