"Great spot right near the beautiful village and public beach of Stony Brook (unprocessed, natural sand). The house has been updated nicely. Very light and welcoming. Several options for sleeping arrangements and extra bedding, especially if traveling with kids. Great appliances and kitchen for prepping and eating meals at home rather than spending big bucks 3 times a day (esp when traveling with 4 teens). "We wanted an inexpensive place to stay out on Long Island for July 4th weekend. We were a 15-20 minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Robert Moses and a 2 hour drive from Montauk.We were able to stay for a very reasonable price over a notoriously expensive weekend.Jenelle's communication was direct, welcoming and helpful.We would definitely stay here again!"

"Beautiful cottage. Clean and lots of natural light with a water front decor. The outdoor shower is incredible and the outdoor seating is large and soothing. Waterfront location key. The master bedroom, closet and bath were luxurious. Two other bedrooms a bit small for large boys but they fit. Great time. Close to Hamptons and boat rentals. "

"We visited Long Island for a family visit and have stayed with my wife, Daughter and my dog Molly! The apartment was just right for us, clean and comfortable. I did meet the owner who was very nice and welcoming.I would definitely consider for my next visit to NY!"

"This house is a gem in a quiet middle class neighborhood in Bridgeport, CT. I can say this with full authority since I lived in BPT until my early twenties.We rented this house for a funeral gathering that included eight overnight guests. The host was responsive from my first inquiry and since I was around the corner anyway, he stopped to let me and my elderly dad see it. You can definitely categorize it as a McMansion.
