"What a great experience for me and my family. First of all, the scenery and wildlife are spectacular. From early morning and evening deer, to my kids getting to feed the pet longhorns onsite, it is something they will not soon forget. Sabrina, the manager, took great care of us, and her homemade chocolate chip pancakes were a BIG hit! Mimosa for mom and dad weren’t bad either! We will definitely be back!!"

"The property was phenomenal! It was spacious and very welcoming. The hostess was amazing as well!! She was so attentive and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better stay in Fredericksburg!"

"We were greeted with chocolate chip cookies and a glass of wine and seltzer, while the property owners fed a herd of deer out in front of an amazingly beautiful canyon scape. The was more deer feed at the cabin, which we sprinkled in the meadow out front, and had lots of deer visitors which we enjoyed watching. We had questions about how to get to a favorite peach stand, which our hosts answered quite expertly with detailed directions. Breakfast was supreme, with farm fresh eggs, biscuit dough,...

"Great property to stay at. Have stayed at this property about 5 times. Owner is very responsive and polite. Would recommend for a weekend getaway!"

"Even tho close to a busy street the yard with all the deer was great! One came right up to me and ate an apple out of my hand. Checking in and out was very easy, we enjoyed our stay."

"Stayed the night for my wife’s birthday. Fredericksburg is our favorite place to visit, and this is now our favorite place to stay there! So close to everything while being tucked away off of Main Street just enough to get the outdoorsy cabin vibes as well. Thanks to the gracious hosts, Ted and Leah, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We will be booking with them again very soon! "

"My 10yo son, our pup, and I had such a wonderful time here! Such a charming ranch home to spend a relaxing time in. The kitchen is equipped with everything you’d need - the best I’ve ever encountered during vacation rental stays. There is a crate, bed, toys, water and food bowls for dogs. The pool, hot tub, hammock, swing, and rocking chairs are all well maintained and such fantastic perks to staying here.
