"If you're expecting a big breakfast spread this won't be it .Also middle of the night a couple's dispute erupted right in the middle of the hallway that lasted over an hour, staff didn't care to handle the situation by calling the cops. Was worried for me and my little ones .Safety is clearly not a concern of theirs but hey it's Brockton after all you get what you pay for I guess ."

"The room that was assigned to me shouldn’t have been since it clearly was still under renovation. The ceiling in the bathroom was patched up and the shower was missing the middle part of the hardware. The room was cleaned and the dirty towels was rolled up and place on the shelf that was outside of the bathroom. "Booked because the site stated 24 hour front desk which was not true. Was NOT able to check in. Called listed number which was a national number and the person offered a room in North Carolina. A 29 hour drive. Expedia told me they refused to refund and customer service is not open until Monday morning."
