"I truly enjoyed my stay at this location! 😊 The convenience, accessibility, and overall experience made it a great choice for my time in the area.
Once I got off the bus, it was less than a 17-minute straight walk to the room, which made getting around so much easier. There was a CVS directly across the street, Walmart less than 20 minutes away, and a Giant grocery store approximately 13 minutes away. There were also plenty of fast-food spots and restaurants nearby to accommodate different...

"The location of this hotel is perfect for our needs. Right in the heart of town, and close to our PSU student who lives on Frat Row. My only real complaint was that the bathroom in our room (313) was rather dingy. The shower floor needed a good bleaching, and the areas outside the shower had mildew too. The bathroom door was also difficult to open and close. Otherwise we had a very good experience here, and will definitely be back."

"The motel was very good. For the most part the room was clean and well maintained. We did find a half of a 2 liter bottle of soda left from someone else. The beds were comfortable, but I would recommend that you bring your own pillows. The staff was wonderful. For the price we paid, I would book again."
