Rummet (03) var litet, men rent. Dock så var möblerna slitna. Fanns inga eluttag vid sängen, endast vid dörren till rummet. Vansinnigt effektiv AC, så tycker du det är skönt med riktigt kallt rum så har du en vinnare här. ;-) Duschen läcker om man kör full styrka på vattnet (dålig avrinning i avloppet). Men bra temperatur och skön takdusch. Massor med TV-kanaler om du vill ha det. 30s till Shepherds Bush Market, 10min till Shepherds Bush, 10 min till Westfield. Allt som allt, basic hotell. Litet, men vänligt 😉.

SCAMMED we felt totally scammed. If your thinking of Booking this place Please read all the poor reviews in relation to this property, they are all accurate. Its NOT A HOTEL, Its a house in what looks like council estate. Its a 4 bedroom house that this man let's out with a several Booking platforms with a listing that is totally inaccurate. Like many have said, pool and gym pictures do not exist at the property, they are in a leisure centre down the road. We booked a family room that was advertised as 1 king bed 1 double bed 1 single bed private bathroom for 4 nights in a Non smoking "hotel" ,booked over a month ago. Got message day before arrival saying we needed to pay extra to make it private bathroom with 3 rooms. Told we need to book 2 more rooms, we stayed 1 night. Smoke in 2 rooms unbearable if you have asthma, banging constantly through night from neighbours, it was an extremely hot few days so windows had to be left open. 1 fan available, was useless, curfew in rules not told about had to be back in house by 11pm , cant shower or make noise between 11 and 6am. If we had of know all this in the online booking we would not have booked at all. We had to go to 2 family events that would have both have been after 2am arrival back. Totally ridiculous, we left after 1 night , didn't feel safe or secure and walking on eggshells as a previous guest has said in reviews. So we booked elsewhere, this listing needs to be taken down by Hotels com. Totally misleading

Just awful. Incredibly hot. Tiny plasticky en suite. Dark corridors. Loud tv’s in rooms. It was simply the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in London. At 11pm I decided that I wasn’t comfortable at all and booked another hotel nearby and left.

This place is beautiful. They put a lot of thought into all the details. A true boutique feel. I would absolutely stay again. It is walking distance to King’s Cross Station and the surrounding area is delightful. The only reason I docked it a star is due to the check in process. I booked the place about 48 hours before arrival. They reached out through Expedia asking the time I expected to arrive and they advised I needed to fill a form out. I replied with my arrival time and I advised them the form wouldn’t open correctly (I am a tech capable individual). I did not hear back prior to the day of check in. I understand I had a short booking turn around time, but it shouldn’t have been an option if it would be too much to accommodate. I arrived on check in day a bit early with my luggage just wanting to ask if they could hold it until my room was ready. They did agree to do so, but they looked incredibly put out and acted as if I was really bothering them. I had replied asap on Expedia and had done everything they asked me to that I could. The service could have been friendlier over all. I also don’t perceive this was a cultural difference thing.
